What data we process
What you provide in the contact form: name, email, company, country and your message.
Purpose
To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss a possible project. Your data is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Retention
For as long as the relationship lasts and, at most, 12 months after the last contact if no project begins.
Processors and transfers
Hostinger (web hosting and email) and, if you book a slot in the online calendar, the calendar provider. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. The owner of this site is a US company: the data you send is handled under these same safeguards.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object, restrict processing and request portability of your data by writing to admin@ursus.consulting. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
