Financial ERP.

Implementation and migration of the finance function in Business Central and SAP S/4HANA, with a controller’s judgement.

The problem, in your words.

“The ERP doesn’t give us what we need.”

“We close in Excel, not in the system.”

“Every subsidiary closes its own way.”

What’s included

  • Financial design of the ERP: chart of accounts, analytical dimensions and legal-entity structure.
  • Migration of financial data with balance reconciliation.
  • Consolidation of entities and subsidiaries, in one or several currencies.
  • Close inside the system: accruals, provisions and intercompany.
  • Coordination with the implementation partner: I represent finance’s requirements in the project.

Tools

I work in the stack you already have. I don’t sell licences.

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • Power BI

What you receive

  • The finance side of the ERP configured and tested with real closes.
  • Migrated and reconciled balances.
  • A close manual inside the system.
  • A team trained to run it.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a Microsoft or SAP partner?

No. I don’t sell licences or development. I represent finance in the project and work alongside the partner you choose, or help you choose one.

Business Central or SAP?

It depends on size, complexity and expected growth. We decide on financial criteria, not commercial ones.

Can you join an implementation already under way?

Yes. That’s often when it matters most: I review the financial design before a mistake becomes permanent.

Let’s talk about your next decision.
