Management control and FP&A.

Budget, forecast, close and reporting the board understands and trusts.

The problem, in your words.

“We close late.”

“The forecast is an act of faith.”

“Every department has its own number.”

What’s included

  • A management control model: cost centres, analytical dimensions and allocation rules.
  • Annual budget and rolling forecast, connected to actuals.
  • An orderly month-end close: calendar, owners and reconciliations.
  • Reporting to management and the board: few KPIs, clearly defined.
  • Profitability models by customer, product, business line or country.

Tools

I work in the stack you already have. I don’t sell licences.

  • Excel and Power Query
  • Power BI
  • Business Central
  • SAP S/4HANA

What you receive

  • A documented control model, in use.
  • A close calendar with owners and deadlines.
  • A monthly reporting pack that is generated, not assembled.
  • A team that can run it without depending on me.

Frequently asked questions

Do you replace my finance team?

No. I work with your team so they stop assembling reports and start analysing them. When we finish, the system is theirs.

Do I need to change ERP?

Not necessarily. I start with the one you have. If the ERP is the bottleneck, I’ll show you with data.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. We set it after the diagnosis, with dates and milestones agreed in writing.

Let’s talk about your next decision.
